When the new owners took over Dog Splash, they wanted to give the business a completely fresh start. While Dog Splash already had a loyal customer base, much of the branding and advertising felt outdated and no longer reflected the direction they wanted to take the business.
From the facilities themselves to the marketing materials being used, everything was ready for a refresh.
Starting with a New Logo
Our first job was to create a brand-new logo that would become the face of Dog Splash.
The new design gave the business a modern, professional look and provided a strong foundation for future marketing. It was created with social media, print and signage in mind, ensuring it would work consistently across all platforms.
Updating the Premises
Once the branding was in place, we helped bring the new look to life across the site.
This included designing:
- Aluminium entrance signs
- Interior signage
- Magnetic door signs
- Additional indoor branding
The magnetic door signs were a particularly useful solution, as the client wasn’t permitted to have a permanent sign in place and needed something that could easily be removed when required.
Together, the new signage helped transform the appearance of the premises and created a much more professional first impression for customers.
New Leaflets for Local Marketing
With the rebrand complete, it was time to spread the word.
We designed and printed double-sided leaflets featuring the new branding and updated information about the business. These were used for local leaflet distribution and displayed poolside, giving customers something to take away and share with friends and family.
The leaflets helped introduce the new ownership to the local community while maintaining a consistent look across all marketing materials.
The Results
The response to the rebrand was fantastic.
The new branding received over 100 positive comments from customers, many of whom praised the fresh, modern look. The updated logo, signage and marketing materials helped create excitement around the business and clearly demonstrated the positive changes being made under the new ownership.
